In this 1 day classroom or 2 days 4 hours inline course we bring all the new items in the current MES/MOM Methodologies Certificate of Awareness version. The course will repeat and extend the ISA95 standard, introduce manufacturing maturity, explain master data management, describe the shopfloor application landscape and applications, and introduce AI and ML, beside many smaller updates on other subjects.

  • Explain why manufacturers are changing and how MOM plays a major role in accelerating change through scalable continuous improvement

  • Develop a strong business case that identifies the key business elements to justify MOM and Smart Manufacturing projects
  • Understand the process for MOM product selection and how to select the right MOM solution for your organization needs
  • Discuss the different project methodologies and frameworks

Classroom and Online
Classroom: The program is taught in a classroom environment in one working day.
Online: Instructor-led online version of the same program, delivered in two 4-hour sessions on two consecutive working days.

Certificate
An awareness test is administered for each course of the program. Learners must score 85% or higher on each test in order to receive the program’s Certificate of Awareness. There are two parts to the awareness test for each course:

  1. In-course test consisting of up to 12 questions per module answered and discussed as the module progresses
  2. Post-course test consisting of up to 12 questions per module answered within eight weeks after completion of the program
